About us
Our treatments, Using Thai’s massage techniques to combine with other body treatment technique. Together with Thai’s authentic material such as Thai’s coconut oil, herbals compress, herbal hot balms and mores.
Sarira means body in Thai’s language. We are a Thais wellness owned by a Thai’s woman who loves taking care her body and mind and wants to share her loves to everyone. She puts her heart in her work and keep learning the new techniques to make her customers satisfy and happy with her own pattern treatments.
House rules by Sarira Thais Wellness
Hygiene, privacy and mutual trustworthy play an important role in massage treatment. We provide our customer with our clean materials, such as towels, massage table, our clean space and we expect our customers to come to our practice cleaned and showered.
House rules
1. You are completely cover with towels or a blanket when you are massaged.
2. Underwear must be kept on at all times except Lomy type of massage.
3. Hygiene are highly valued within the practice. I expect my customers to come to our practice clean and showered.
4 . Please inform the therapy before the massage begins about your mediation. In some cases, it is necessary to adjust the treatment accordingly.
5 . Sarira Thais Wellness does not provide an erotic massages.
6. Sarira Thais Wellness has the right to discontinue treatment in the event of inappropriate behavior.
7. Sarira Thais Wellness does not responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.
8. Sarira Thais Wellness does not responsible for damage and/or injury as a result of withholding medical information.
Aware of sickness, should not be massage:
1. Heart complaints and heart defects.
2. Serious vascular diseases throughout the body.
3. Bone and muscle diseases.
4. Too much pain or extreme fatigue.
5. Contagious skin diseases.
6. Fever.
7. Infectious diseases, such as flu and severe colds.
8. Swollen lymph nodes.
9. Severe fluid retention in the tissues, edema.
10. Thrombosis and the use of blood thinners.
11. Nerve entrapment with radiating pain.
12. If you are taking certain medications, ask your doctor for written permission to have a massage if you are taking any medications.
13. Cancer (Massage can be beneficial for cancer patients. For safety reasons, I only massage with written permission from the oncologist for cancer patients).
Cancellation and/or no-show
1. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment, preferably by e-mail or what’s app. Appointments not cancelled or cancelled too late will be charged.
2. Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. Preferably by email or what's app.
3. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the costs will be charged.
4. If you do not show up for an appointment (no-show), you will be charged the full amount (100%) of your treatment.
